Zoom Links

FOURA uses zoom links to interconnect related bits of information. Any place you see a zoom link icon ( ) you can click on it to instantly zoom in and show additional related information. This is one of the most powerful and time-saving features of FOURA!

For example, the following image shows two zoom links on the AP Invoices form:

Clicking the zoom link for the PO No will open the Purchase Orders form and show the details for purchase order 100000.

Clicking the zoom link in the Supplier field will open Suppliers form and show the details about supplier ST000.

Tip: In grid cells the zoom link button will only appear when you mouse-over a cell with a zoom link. Only one button at a time can appear in a grid cell, so if the grid is in edit mode then any cells with a drop down list will show the drop down arrow in place of the zoom link. In this case you can still zoom in by right-clicking the drop down arrow.
