Possible Value Lists determine the available choices for many of the drop-down lists in FOURA. You can view the available values in each list using the Possible Values form (shown below).
Each column is described below:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Unique identifier assigned by FOURA. Cannot be edited. |
| ListID | Unique identifier for the list. Cannot be edited. This column is hidden by default. |
| SortKey | An alphanumeric value used to sort items in the list. |
| Code | An alphanumeric code up to 10 digits in length. Must be unique within a single list. Can only be changed for NON-system values. |
| Name | The name or description of the value |
| System | Indicates whether this value is required by the FOURA application. System values cannot be deleted and the code cannot be changed. |
The following PV Lists are included with FOURA. Many of the provided values in these lists are system values (cannot be deleted). You can add additional values to any list as needed.
