The login form is used to verify who is connecting to a FOURA database. Before you can login you need to have FOURA installed on your computer and you must have an active FOURA login and password. Please see Installation and Updates if you need to install FOURA.
To log in to FOURA:
Note: If your login has been flagged to require a password change, then the Change Password dialog will appear. In this case you must change your password before you can continue.
Note: If a message appears saying that your version of FOURA needs an update then you must Update FOURA before you can continue.
Once you have successfully logged in then the FOURA Navigator will appear. The Navigator provides access to all other forms, based on your assigned Security Roles.
If you forgot your password please contact your local FOURA administrator and ask them to reset it. The administrator will assign you a new temporary password that you must change the next time you login.
Please ask your local FOURA administrator for the name of your training database and whether or not your login is authorized. To connect to the training database change the Database name to the name of the training database and then login as described above. When logged into the training database the bottom of each form will include a bright yellow band as a visual indicator that you are in training. Once you have successfully logged in to training then you will be able to use the drop down to the right of the Database name to switch between production and training.
If you have multiple FOURA licenses (this is uncommon) then you can switch between then using the drop down arrow to the right of the Company. Different licenses may use different servers, databases and logins.
