To install FOURA please contact your local FOURA administrator.  They will need your full name, email address, and a list of Security Roles that you need access to.  When your request is approved your FOURA administrator will create a new account for you and provide you with a login and password, and also give you access to the FOURA Updater application that you will use to install FOURA.

What you will need

• Your FOURA login and password, provided by your local FOURA administrator
• Access to the FOURA Updater application (FouraUpdater.exe) and your organizations FOURA License File ([organization].fsftlic).  Both of these files need to be located in the same directory.

Installing FOURA

1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet (Hosted only)
2. Run the FOURA Updater application
3. Read and accept the End User License Agreement.
4. Click Update and wait while FOURA is installed.  Depending on your connection speed, this can take a few minutes. 
5. Close the FOURA Updater application

That is it - FOURA is now installed!  You should see the following new Start Menu and Desktop icons:

Icon	Name	Description
	FOURA	Use this shortcut to run FOURA.  You will find this on your Start Menu and on your Desktop.
	FOURA Updater	Use this shortcut to run the FOURA Updater.  This is only located on your Start Menu.

Now you can Log In to FOURA using your login and password.

Updating FOURA

If you already have FOURA installed you can update to the latest version as follows:

1. Make sure FOURA is not running.  If it is then close FOURA.
2. Run the FOURA Updater application from your Start Menu.
3. Click Update and wait while FOURA is updated.
4. Close the FOURA Updater application

All done!  You now have the latest available release of FOURA.
