Every customer with an active maintenance contract is entitited to:
- Unlimited email based support for the duration of the contract
- Unlimited access to any on-line support materials available on the Fourasoft web site
- Critical bug fix updates for the duration of the contract
- Product enhancement updates for the duration of the contract
Submitting Suggestions and Reporting Issues
If you want to make a suggestion or report an issue with FOURA you can email Fourasoft support at support@fourasoft.com
Please include as much information you can about the problem you are having; including error messages, screenshots, the steps to reproduce the issue and anything else that you feel is relevant. The amount of information you provide will directly affect our ability to resolve your issue!

Getting FOURA Updates
You can check for updates at any time using the FOURA Updater. You will find the FOURA Updater on your Windows Start menu.
