Version 1.2.3.2 was released January 9th, 2020. This is a maintenance roll-up of customer requests, late-breaking changes and fixes for reported issues.
Budgets - FOURA now includes budgets! You can setup new budgets using the Budget option on the General Ledger menu. FOURA supports multiple named budgets per year, so you can use this feature to maintain multiple forecasts and versions of your budget. New budgets can be created by copying an existing budget or seeded from prior year actual's, either per-period or averaged over the entire year. An import template is included so you can import budget data from Excel. Advanced editing features allow you to quickly fill values to future periods and replace individual rows with prior year actual's. You can lock your budget at any time to prevent accidental changes. In addition, four new budget-related reports are available from the Financial Reporting screen: Budgets, Budgets w/Actuals, Income Statement w/Budget and Detailed Income Statement w/Budget.
Projects - All Purchasing and AP documents now have full support for projects, including POs, Receipts and AP Invoices. Projects are now supported in all core document types in FOURA!
Version 1.2.3.0 - October 10th, 2019
Version 1.2.3.0 was released October 10th, 2019. This is a feature release focusing on Cost Centers, Projects and Financial Reporting.
Cost Centers - FOURA now supports cost centers! You can use them to categorize and report your costs by department, business unit, service center, production line, activity and more. Cost centers are defined using the new Cost Centers (CSC) option on the Accounting/Finance->General Ledger menu. Once defined you can enable specific cost center for use with specific accounts either from the new Acct-CC Validation (ACV) option or by using the Cost Centers tab on the Chart of Accounts (COA) form. Cost centers have superseded and replaced sub-accounts. Also, Cost Centers in FOURA function more like Accounting Units and they can actually be used with any type of account!
Cost Center Segments - Cost centers can now be configured to use up to three segments, where each segment has its own list of possible values. The individual segments are then used when constructing new cost centers and to provide additional rollups and drill-ins on Financial Reports. This gives you even more ways to summarize your costs! To get started with segments use the new Cost Center Segments (CCS) option on the System-Setup menu.
Projects - Projects are also making their debut in this release! Projects are now supported in the Ledger, on Cash Entries, for the Inventory Issue and Return transactions, and on Financial Reports. Projects in FOURA are used to collect costs for any planned activities or efforts. This is just the start of Projects in FOURA! We will continue to expand their scope and capabilities in upcoming releases (more integrated document types, advanced reporting and multiple revenue recognition methods)!
Financial Reporting - Financial reporting now includes several new reports for cost centers, as well as new drill-in options for for cost centers, individual cost center segments and projects. In addition, all drill-in reports now include both row and column summaries!
Customer Care Management - FOURA now includes new tools to help you assess and manage each customers experience and satisfaction. The new customer care slider on the customer entry form allows you to set the stage for each customer as they progress through eight distinct stages, from first interaction to loyal customers and raving fans. FOURA will record when each stage change occurs and the reason, along with how long the customer was in each stage. You can then view a complete history of each customer's journey to see when and why their experience either improved or declined. An Alert will automatically be sent out to key personnel any time a customer's stage decreases to help you quickly address the situation and get the customer back on track!
Alert Framework - The new Alert Framework helps you to document important issues and to notify the right people who are responsible for following up and ultimately resolving the situation. Manual Alerts can be created for customer, supplier, item, or safety issues. In addition, FOURA will send an automatic Alert any time a customer's care stage goes down. Each Alert is associated with an employee group, so you can define exactly who needs to be notified. On the Customer, Supplier and Item entry forms you will find new quick filters that will show records with active Alerts, and when viewing a record there is a new Alert icon that will light up if the record you are viewing has any active Alerts.
Customer Parent Allocation Groups - On the allocation form, cash can now be applied to invoices from any customer in the allocation group! To setup the allocation groups you just need to assign a "parent" customer on the Customer Entry form. Then when you select cash to allocate, the invoices list will show invoices for any customer that is a parent, child or sibling of the cash customer! Cross-customer allocations are fully supported for AR Aging and Customer Statements. This was one of our most requested features!
Serial Capture on Pick - Items can now be configured to "Require SN on Shipment" by checking this option in the Item Master. When you pick an item that is configured in this way, then you must enter a serial number for each quantity picked. The serial capture form is designed to support common keyboard wedge scanning devices, so you can quickly and easily capture the serial numbers from the product barcode label. You can optionally capture serial numbers for any other items as well! The list of serial numbers for each pick line will also be added to the sales invoice!

New Sales Invoice layout with paid amount and net due - Now you can select the new "Sales Invoice w/Paid" layout when printing invoices. This layout was designed with a clean, easily readable font using the standard FOURA color palette. The amount allocated (paid) and the net amount due are included in the invoice totals section. This layout can be selected as your default.
Audit Viewer - The new audit viewer makes it easy to search through all the audit logs in FOURA. Logs are organized by FOURA document type / table and each log includes detailed information about any changes; including when it happened, who did it, and the original and new values of any changed fields! For any deleted records, the logs record the last value of each field. You will find this option on the System-Maintenance menu (Code: AUD). Only members of the rl_Setup security role are authorized to view logs.
Search box on Scheduled Event Calendar - Using the new search box you can quickly and easily find any calendar events directly on the schedule! To search, just enter what you want to find (without any wildcards) and press enter to find the first match. Both the subject and description of each event/appointment will be searched. Press enter again to cycle through additional matches, or use shift-enter to cycle through in reverse order.

Day view for Scheduler - The scheduler now includes a new day view that can be selected by clicking Day at the top of the form. The day view shows a more detailed view of scheduled events in 15-minute increments for the selected days. This view is fully editable - you can create new events for specific hours in a day and drag events to a new time or resize the event to interactively adjust the start and end times.
