Menu Code: EMG Employees - Support |
Employee groups are groups of employees who share a common function or responsibility. Select a group from the drop down at the top of the form to show and manage the members for that group.
FOURA pre-defines the following groups:

| DRIVER | Delivery Driver | This list of delivery drivers. Used on Pick Ticket delivery confirmation dialog. |
| CREDIT | Credit Hold Alert | List of employees to notify regarding a customer credit hold |
| CSTGDOWN | Customer Stage Down Alert | List of employees to notify when a customer relationship declines |
| CSTGUP | Customer Stage Up Alert | List of employees to notify when a customer relationship improves |
| CUST | Customer Alert | List of employees to notify regarding a significant customer event (relocation, merging, closing) |
| ITEM | Item Alert | List of employees to notify regarding a significant item event (long term shortage, recall, end of life) |
| SAFETY | Safety Alert | List of employees to notify in the case of a significant workplace event (hazard, OSHA, injury, training) |
| SALES | Sales Staff | The list of account managers |
| SUPP | Supplier Alert | List of employees to notify regarding a significant supplier event (relation, merging, closing) |
